Well things are slowly moving along had to spend extra time in the hospital as they were unable to get pain and nausea under control for a bit.  I am still struggling with both but doing better.

Food wise currently struggling due to nausea and pain, I am also one of the very few people who use zero protien drinks or shots or powders.  Yes it can be done it's a struggle but finding the right foods is key.  Pc plain skyr yogurt 21g protien per 2/3 cup.  To hit your 60-80g goal for first few weeks you need to eat slightly more then 2 cups all day!

Liquid id wise struggling again cause of nausea and pain, and am slowly getting a bit more each day . 2nd day after surgery I only managed about 10oz all day. I just remind myself some have a easier go some have a harder go

even with all the struggles I'm down a total of 20lbs at 3.5 week mark (3 week pre op food diet) and since surgery Tuesday 7.5lbs

Congratulations on your surgery! I hope you will be feeling normal soon. I read somewhere here that some people can't tolerate plain water. They put a couple drops of crystal light in the wzter and they are fine. Maybe that would help you?

Welcome to the losers bench! You sound like me after surgery. I thought I was the only one who experienced pain and nausea as hearing everybody else's experience they were fine.

I hope the nausea leaves you soon. I also give you have a good support system and help at this time  add I can umag8ne you're feeling really weak and sick.

Hoping you recover well!
