It's been pretty much 4 weeks since my surgery on April 15th at  Humber -Dr Starr is the man!!!

Just wanted to take a few and update how it's been going.

Weeks one and two I felt amazing , eating, drinking and my walking seemed easy. I was actually bored . Week 3 was a new challenge I was exhausted all week , lots of sleeping (lots)that 30 mins around the block felt like I was walking with rocks in my pockets. Week 4 has been back to normal feeling good and almost ready to head back to work.

Had my nutrition class this week as well , good info

More info:

2 litres of water a day - it's not impossible , but it's a job stay hydrated it's life or death lol

Eat on your schedule . I have no hunger at all 4 weeks out and the physical act of eating is a turn off but you gotta try

Walk walk walk , haven't had a stall yet I think this is from walking and eating well.

i went with the b12 shot once a month at the Dr ,it's worth it , less pills and the absorption is better

Premier protein is your friend

Down 47lbs including Opti in 7 weeks

i love you

I promise the level of stress you are having now will seem way over blown after the surgery is done.

The staff at Humber is amazing

I'm sure you will do great

I'm also 4 weeks out. Dr Klein did my surgery.  But I agree with you about the worrying and stress.   I was freaking out and now I'm wondering why.  Lol
