Good morning :)

It was a busy weekend which wasn't great for eating. I'm up another two pounds, so it's time to get down to business. I bagged up all the crackers and snacky things that snuck back in this morning. I'm going to put them in the basement and if that doesn't work I'm just going to give them away or toss them. I don't know why I have been buying snack foods. I end up feeling like I have to use them up and eating too much.

Off for a bike ride this morning and then painting our hallway this afternoon. So many doors and so much trim. It's all stained a dark brown colour so it's taking a lot of coats of primer and paint to cover. I can't wait for it to be done - it will be much brighter with white trim and light grey walls!!

Breakfast - egg, yogurt

Snack - carrots, pb

Lunch - chicken, tomatoes

Snack - turkey, cheese

Snack - soup, meatballs (if hungry)

Dinner - chicken sausage, veggies

Snack - protein cake, pudding

All water and vits.

White paint makes such a difference to  trim.  Really lightens things up.

Good morning Barb,Hope most all of your unpacking is finished. Sounded like a real mess.

Nice dinner with family last night. Lots of talk about the wedding. My DH and I lead a pretty quiet life. The next few months are going to be pretty active and a lot of socializing. Not something I am great at.

Swimming today. The centre I go to just put in a new workout room. I think I will try to get an appointment with the trainer to get some strengthening exercises. The swimming helps a lot but I think some specific exercises would be good.

Morning all. Just woke up and still a bit tired. Hope you mothers had a nice day with your families. I had a blast, but i'm still fighting this nasty cold and it's kind of getting annoying. So much mucus, don't know where it's coming from honestly. Oh well, not much to do today. I want to apply for my citizenship so i will go and get that paperwork. Then boxing later tonight. It looks like a nice day too outside, so i will sit on my balcony, all 17 floors up.

L - 1/2 cup tuna, 2 strawberries
