Good morning :)

Off to an appointment with the social worker this morning. She is covering a mat leave until July, but has been helpful for me. I'm hoping to talk to her about being tired/depressed, poor eating, and just overall not feeling well. Then I'm planning on making the trek to Costco to stock up on a few things. Gotta get some more treats for the pup!!

Breakfast - banana, yogurt, cereal

Snack - cheese, applesauce

Lunch - leftover burger, veggies

Snack - carrots and pb

Snack - egg, pickles

Dinner - pork chops, veggies

Snack - protein cake

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well Wenders, glad you are seeing the social worker.  Is she through your centre?  Maybe she will have some good ideas for you to try.  I hear you, sometimes my eating is not the best despite my planning and menu-making.  It is definitely a work in progress and probably always will be.  It helps to read posts like this one, I feel less alone in my emotional struggles.  Thank you for posting this.
