OPTI and lactose

Anyone lactose intolerant and been on opti? Was just looking at the ingredients and it said milk.

You could take Lactaid tablets with it.

I have had milk/lactose issues since birth.  If I have milk, it needs to be something other than cow.  I can drink some 0% (less lactose in it, which is what I drank as a baby), but not a lot these days.  I was on Opti for 3 weeks, and didn't have any problems with it.

If you are really questioning it, see if you can get one to try and see how you react to it.

i have had extreme lactose intolerance my whole life since i was a baby and when I went on optifast for two weeks i had zero issues with it.  Since having my surgery it has completely disappeared and i eat greek yogurt, have skim milk to mix my protein shakes and i eat cheese without problems.
