Issues with optifast phase

Hi there,

inwas on the opti fast for about 4 days and couldn't take it any longer had sever swelling in feet, legs, arms hands and face. I contacted my dietician and she advised it was an allergy. (I had previously had issues with aspartame as well but not to this degree). I was taken off the shakes immediately and was told to replace with 100g white chicken 3x daily. Each clinic will have different substitutes but all should have a second option! I hope this helps :)

I have multiple allergies, and optifast would kill me, so I'm on a all food pre op diet. Started two weeks ago this coming Tuesday and I've went from 164.9kg(pmsing and swollen from lots of traveling) to 159.0 kg since I started....  

Opti tic isn't a must with most dr's there are other ways, opti is just easier
