Good morning everyone.  It looks like a beautiful day out there.  Unfortunately I think I caught Nia's cold over the internet, lol.  I will try to finish up my paperwork today, and have a nap this afternoon.  DH and I had promised to go out with friends tonight, but if I am feeling bad there is no point in making them sick.  Hopefully whatever it is will pass quickly.

Good day everyone.  Sorry to hear about your cold Cc, hope you feel better soon. Omg goat cheese and pear in salad sounds awesome! I took a nap this morning and just got up, doesn't it feel awesome to be able to take one?  I have been exhausted all week at work, both emotionally and physically.  I really need to find another job and have started applying and letting my contacts know that I am looking. It feels good to at least have an updated resume and cover letter to send, I feel a little more in control.  I am reading up on mindful compassion and it is pretty cool.  Here are some guided meditations that may be useful if you are feeling stressed: https://ottawamindfulnessclinic.wordpress.com/practices/msc- meditations/.  Today I have a day to do with as I please except later on I am heading to the gym for a workout and then a hot yin yoga class.  Also going to stop by GNC because they have a bogo on everything in the store today only, going to pick up some gnc lean protein shakes.

Sorry to hear about your week Zizz.  Your job has been stressful for quite a while so I'm happy that you have started looking for another job.  Thank you for the link.  I know it will come in handy, especially after dealing with the MIL.

I picked up a Bananas Foster Kcup to try (haven't had it yet) so I imagine your GNC banana/coffee combo would be similar.

Naps are wonderful, and lately I've had more than usual.  Pre-WLS napping was a daily occurrence, but lately I've felt really tired and I suspect my iron levels are low.  I get my blood work done in a month, so I'll know for sure then.

Enjoy your yoga class.

Hey there cc, sorry to hear about the MIL situation, that can be really difficult.  The banana coffee mix was surprisingly nice.  I usually use the vanilla bean in my coffee but I didn't have any so I gave it a shot and voila, it tasted pretty darn good.  Not sure how strawberry would be, that remains to be seen. lol  At work I am falling asleep in the chair in our lunchroom on my lunchbreak I am so exhausted.  I have decided that I must have compassion for myself in this situation and do what I would tell anyone else to do, which is to leave for a less stressful position where I can breathe and feel ok about.  Btw, I have been thinking of getting a k-cup machine for at home, I visited this place the other day and I was wondering if people would be interested: http://www.personalservicecoffee.ca/pages/locations, they have locations across Ontario.  Lots of sugar-free syrups and flavourings at my location, and a nice selection of decaf k-cups too. Free shipping on orders over 59.99!

That's a great link.  They have a location in the town next to me.  They also have a big selection of Kcup decaf.
