Gass pain and walking
I could not walk much either. I am usually in a wheelchair. If you have a walker then use it. If not then ask for a wheelchair or transfer chair and pu**** like a walker and then sit in it when you are tired or have pain from your hip. This will help you walk further as you know there is always a seat available.
I have a cream I made myself that helps enormously for gas pain. I used it before surgery and am now almost 2 months post op and I occasionally still use it. It is just coconut oil with peppermint oil. I liberally rub it all over my stomach when needed. There is the added bonus that the coconut oil helps keep the skin moisturized which lessens the loose skin.
