I love pecan tarts.  Once I found sugar free butter tarts, but for the life of me I can't remember where I found them.  Probably in the US, they have so many more sugar free options.

Sorry you weren't feeling yourself yesterday Pat.  Stay strong with not sampling the baking.  The worst of the weather is behind us.  Think sunshine and live concerts outside.

You're menu looks good. However I would be careful with soups. They tend to just flow through our pouch and not stay long to keep us full. I would also check how much protein is in it.

The only soups I usually eat are home made ones that are more like a stew

Thanks for the advice.  I was kind of strapped and had nothing to eat other than fish, which I don't want to stink up the office with.  The soup has 12g of protein and is only 260 calories, so I thought it was safe. But you are right, it did flow right through me.  I think I'll keep soups for dinner-time when I am less hungry.

Thanks Ladies :) is it just me or does everything seem better after a good nap?

Some jerk just wanted to catch us off guard in the meeting, but it could have been worse. Why do some people enjoy doing that to others?

Naps are so awesome, I totally agree, everything does seem better! Some people are jerks, sorry about that.  I find it hard to stay on track when I get stressed.
