Is it normal to indulge so much right now??
I binged on so much crap two weeks before going on optifast. Then I realized that well-prepared healthy home-cooked meals taste so much better and are so much more satisifying.
Looking back, I was worried about being deprived, so I felt I needed to get all the food in before it got taken away. I really didn't need to do that. I don't feel deprived at all now. When my stomach got snipped, all my hunger got taken away and I don't even want junk food 99% of the time. Since my surgery, I had two chocolate covered almonds and was satisfied. Before, I'd eat the whole bag before feeling satisfied.
