Can anyone recommend a good protein water, either premixed or ones that you add to tap water?  And where buy it?  Thanks!

I'm not if this is what your are referring to, but this is a product I love.

I believe there are three flavours. I've only had the two.

The nutritionist mentioned this at our group class.  I have done protein smoothies for ever and tbh are a little sick of them (and I am still pre op!)  How is the taste?  What flavours did you have and how were they?

Patricia, is the one that is more of a clear, juice like when mixed vs all the milky looking ones out there?  Does your local GNC carry it or do you have to get it elsewhere?  Our little GNC doesn't carry a lot of the products the larger ones do but they are always willing to order in if I give them the right info.  Which flavours have you tried?  I am so sick of milky type ones that I tend to avoid even having one these days as I ran out of the juice type ones that I had that are no longer available.

I tried a bottled one from bulk barn called protein 2o that was ok, but I wasn't crazy on the berry flavour

I will check to see if the Bulk Barn near me carries it, thanks!

The Revolution brand is more like throwing a crystal light pack in water. I have the blue raspberry and the watermelon flavours. The are pink or blue in colour but clear, not milky. They dissolve completely and taste great though I usually mix the amount of powder with twice the water as I find it sweet tasting. I picked mine up at GNC. I believe there was an orange flavour available the last time I purchased them.

Thanks, I am going to see if ours has it and if not, get them to order some in.  Those are the two flavours that interested me so will get one and try.  Completely agree with mixing with more water.  The brand that I had I used way more water too as it's too sweet with the amount they suggest.

Hi Tracey

i just mixed up a batch of the blue raspberry Revolution protein drink. Used 500 ml water to one scoop. It tastes ok. Kinda like jello. I'm not a fan of sweet stuff but this is drinkable. I'm getting tired of the milky shakes as well.

Thanks!  Will check for it at my local GNC.
