What are you eating /doing today (Wednesday)
Good morning everyone. Mad at myself. I had my swimsuit right at the door and forgot it. I will go for a walk later today as well as walking my dog tonight.
It is so nice and sunny but still so cold.
I got my bone density results. I have osteopenia from before surgery but 4 yrs after wls I am still holding the same. Taking my calcium I guess is helping.

Pat I went swimming but forgot my bra at home so I had to wear a damp bathing suit under my clothes. When I go to the pool I have my bathing suit on under my clothes then after class I change into dry undies. There is no way I was going braless, I might do myself an injury with those bad boys swinging around.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
I made it to the gym today and if the weather stays decent I will take the dog for a walk. I need to get out of the house more -- it helps with my activity, eating, and depression. I'm glad nice weather is on the way so I can start playing in the garden :)
Breakfast - oatmeal, pepperette
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - turkey, cabbage, sweet potatoes
Snack - Melba, cream cheese, pesto
Snack - chicken and vegetables
Dinner - something with ground beef
Snack - pudding, protein bites
All water and vits
Morning all. Exam review today in class for professional practise and counselling. Seriously, i can't wait till next Friday when i don't have to deal with this. Boxing tonight maybe i will do the step class as well, i'm on fire with exercise, lol.

B - 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1 tbsp p.b. protein added
S - 1 oz mozzarella, 11 almonds (yes i counted them)
L - 2-3 oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup cucumbers
S - 1 boiled egg
D - 2oz smoked pork ribs, zoodles
S - pork bones (yes you read that right)

Good afternoon everyone. So exhausted it is unreal, I am always like that after I spend many hours giving classroom training, so nothing new there. Going to take a nap when I get home.

B. - gnc lean protein shake strawberry flavour, decaf coffee throughout day
S - old cheddar, 30 cal blueberry yogurt
l - old cheddar, 1 cup strawberries an melon cubes
s - simply protein bar
d - tuna Alfredo sauce on steamed green beans, Parmesan cheese
s - more of above if I get hungry
