Tailbone Issues
I think a lot of us have tailbone issues. We have lost the fat pad that used to cushion the tailbone. It is hard for me to get comfortable sitting for any length of time. I'm fine in the car, the seat is different, but if I have to sit on a hard seat my butt hurts for days. I'm hoping that if I build some muscle in that area it will help.

The NP asked me if I had any problems with my tailbone at my 1-year appointment...it is quite common for us until we build up some protection around there. Apparently it gets better. Hang in there!
