Good morning everyone. Safe flying Barb. Too bad you are coming home to such crappy weather. Work today. Hope to get in a swim. I find it helps my back. I need to remember that,
Had a good weekend in Orillia. The show was okay. Steve Martin was more about playing the banjo whereas Martin Short was more the comedy. Still a good show.

Off to school for meetings today. Maybe I can get some walking in around the campus. I feel like I've been too sedentary lately. I have a date to go to the gym with my aunt on Wednesday.

Dinner - sausage, cabbage, sweet potatoes
Snack - protein cake
All water and vits
Swimming really helps with my aches and pains. Problem is getting motivated to go to the pool on miserable days like today.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Hi all. Been missing in action as i near the end, and eating crappy too. NOT GOOD. Next week is exams and i'll be a free woman four months, yay!!! Have plenty of activities planned for the summer, might go to Quebec City. At home today and i have a few assignments to finish, then gym at 7pm for boxfit. That class is like boot camp, gets my heart pumping.

B - 3oz tilapia, coffee 5%
S- went to the dentist can't chew yet so i'll be having some boiled okra
L - if i can chew by now will have 2oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup mixed veg
S - 2oz chicken
D - 3oz roasted pork loin, 1/3 cup mixed veg
S - chicken thigh
