Your concert sounds great. Unfortunately the weather here is not cooperating. I did go for a walk last night but was glad to get home to warm up.

Body not cooperating today. Did not want to get moving. I will try to swim today to loosen things up. I have been slack on my fitness and can feel the difference. I was even out of breath last  night rushing home from work.
