A light at the end!!

I just received a call to see the surgeon next week. SO exciting! I felt like this day was never going to come. I go to my pre-op info session this Friday too. I think that's it for appointments now? Next one is surgery? (I hope!!) YAY!

Referral: May 5 2015

Info Session: Sept 21 2015

Dec 4 2015: Endoscope of stomach

Jan 12 2016: Dietitian and Behavourist

Feb 3 2016: Psychologist

March 16 2016: Sleep Study

April 8 2016: Pre-op Info Session

April 12 2016: Appt with Surgeon
