RNY 7 Years Post Op

Morning

OK, I waited until 8:10 to post. 

Out for a fun day of lunch and shopping with my best friend.  I don't really feel like eating today but I am sure that will change in a few hours.  Going to eat some breakfast regardless and will add some food and calories later today to my plan. 

STEPS - 8830

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     2 eggbeaters smart cups scrambled

 

L - Caprese salad

 

D - 2 hot Italian chicken sausage links - publix brand

 

S - Publix lemon chiffon yogurt

     Mozza string wrapped with a piece of prosciutto

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 803,  Carbs - 29 Grams,  Protein - 83 Grams

 

All water and vits

Monica - I read the article re magnesium deficiency.  thank you for thinking of me.

Good morning. I finally feel like I had a good sleep -- it's been a long time. Today I just have some meetings. Thankfully they are online as the weather seems temperamental today :)

Breakfast - turkey, yogurt

Snack - carrots, pb

Lunch - refried beans, turkey

Snack - egg, pickles

Snack - pudding, protein bar

Dinner - turkey and veggies

Snack - cheese, salsa, crackers

All water and vits

Good morning Barb, Have fun shopping. I am currently trying not to shop. I woke up feeling crappy this morning and not hungry. I had a sample of Garden of Life raw protein. I am sure that although it has 18 grams of protein it is the wrong kind so will probably not absorb much of it. But I thought I should have something in my stomach to take with my pills.

b chocolate protein shake with almond milk

l chili, yogurt

s baby bel

d chicken , salad

s laughing cow and crackers.

I may change this as the day wears on. I think I just want to go to bed with my book tonight.

Hope you're not coming down with something.  I am still tired and sound awful 1week later.  fortunately for my friend today - she was also my partner in the golf event last week, so if she was going to catch anything from me she would hopefully have it by now.

 

I don't buy that much anymore.  I bought so much the first 2-3 years post op to replace my wardrobe.  I always need new golf stuff as they wear out with so many washings.  Plus they are pretty cute!

A couple of people here have colds. I am trying to fight it off but head is pretty stuffed up

Good afternoon.  Not the best eating day but it could have been worse.  Going to hibernate tonight where it is warm.  Last night did 1.5 hours of cardio and yin yoga, really relaxing!

19 months post op

b - gnc strawberry lean protein shake, decaf coffee throughout day

s - 1 cup of plain cottage cheese with fresh berries

l - 1 cup of angus meatballs in tomato sauce with mozzarella and wax yellow beans

s - old cheddar, pretzel with Coke Zero.  Ya, the pretzel was not planned

D - sf orange mango peach water, later...something hot and easy like cream of mushroom soup with eggwhite psyllium wrap, 1/2 cup low carb protein "cake"

S - hot tea with sf almond milk, more soup if I get hungry

all water and vits.  Stay warm everyone :0)
