Just going with what the doctor said.

I remember when I lived in starvation mode.  I could not lose weight even with no I interest in food and only eating dinner.

I hated breakfast and just had a Coke.  That got to to work and I had a few chocolate iced cream filled donuts to tide me over to morning break.  A vending machine snack at 10:30.  Never ate lunch just a few slices of pizza or half a sub.  I ate at my desk so that was not the same as eating a meal.

Mid afternoon was potato chips and Coke.  Still no meal.

I would have a ice cream with cake or cherry pie while fixing dinner.

By 6:00 I was ready for my only meal of the day.  Steak, baked potato with buttered corn and thick slabs of fresh buttered bread.  Then  cake or pie.  Some nights lasagna or spaghetti.  On Friday fish with fries and coleslaw and hush puppies.

In the evening I had a large bag of chips in front of the TV and then a little nighttime snack of cheese and pepperoni.

I truly only ate that one sit at the table meal a day and swore to myself and my doctor that weight loss was impossible and there was no way I could have less than one meal a day.

Thank you for sharing.  What were your tactics of eating properly during the day?  Did you find anything that would help?

Six meals a day. 200 calories each meal.  Gave. Up bread, pasta, potatoes, noodles, flour, sugar, cereal, chips, ice cream, rice, donuts, sweets and anything white.

I weigh each morning and always know what the number is.
