Twisting pain in my stomach

The Hamilton click has a different book from everyone else and we are allowed different things. I think it is because the program director is a surgeon at our clinic. I think he tests stuff here before it gets implemented elsewhere. Like before surgery we are allowed some foods while on the optifast. 

I think you took too large a bite and that is why your body said nope. Remember how you can take a pill no bigger than a dime? Your bites should be no bigger than a dime and you need to chew each bite really well. I learned the hard way too. 

BTW cream cheese is great on melba toast. especially the smoked salmon flavor. 

Thanks CPAC,  maybe I did take too big a bite OR eat too fast. Have to watch that.
