Kind of a crappy food day. Need to go grocery shopping :)

Hey Pumpkin_Spice, I like putting my protein shake in my coffee too.  I have only done it with vanilla bean gnc protein shake but good idea, I will try it with a chocolate one too.  I like the taste of chocolate with coffee at lot.  I usually add instant decaf crystals to my chocolate shake in the morning to get that taste as I do not always make coffee at home. When you say banana do you mean a whole banana or part of one?  At 4 months I was only able to eat maybe 1/3 of one but I am curious as to what others have experienced.  I used to buy those cute baby bananas they sell so I did not have any leftovers.
