You sure have had a busy few days.  Hope it was fun

My back has become a real issue.  I really just want to sit in a chair and find a comfortable position and not move.  Forcing myself to walk around and get in and out of chairs as I think its good for it.  I honestly don't know what's going to make it better.  I am tempted to take an anti inflammatory with a PPI for protection.  I did this 2 years ago when I suffered my first compression fracture.  Doc said OK as long as it was infrequent and with a ppi.  I don't remember it helping much last time but I am ready to try anything right now

If you think it will help I would go for it. I have heard moving around keeps you from stiffening up. It is hard though when you are pain.

What are you taking for pain?  I know you posted about a injection or infusion awhile ago.  Can you tell me about it?

I have been referred to an endo who specializes in Osteoporosis.  Hoping I can get something for relief while we work on bone building

There is a pain clinic called allevio. They are in Canada and US. I had two lidacaine infusions. The first was awesome and lasted about 6 weeks and then slowly stopped working. The second did not take. Not sure if perhaps the dosage need to be upped or the line put in my hand was not good. It hurt like hell when she put it in and has left a large bruise.

I called the clinic but I am a little annoyed the doctor did not call me back. With all the activity this weekend I am not in great shape. I will up my tylenol but I know when it gets to this point that it will only help a little

I'm sorry to hear this Pat.  Pain is so draining.

Will let you know if I find anything better.

Way to go re your eating and Easter.  It can be tough eh?  Sometimes I can eat my old favorites with moderation and sometimes they trigger me to keep going.

Fortunately, I seem to be able to get back on track after a few days of abandon.  Not the best strategy but so far at almost 7 years its keeping me going.
