Morning

Wide awake at 1:30 with back pain.  Just waiting for the Tylenol to kick in so I can get back to sleep.

Today I am golfing with my regular group followed by lunch then just home. I have a late morning tee time which makes food a little tougher.   I'm not sure if golf helps or hurts me at this point with my back.  I always feel movement is good but right now I'm not sure.

Zizzler - maintenance is a constant struggle and balancing act.  The absolute most important thing is to keep getting back on the horse.  I think we all beat ourselves up at times.  Never give up.  I cant remember if you have seen a therapist in the past - I think so?  Maybe try and make a standing appointment to deal with your feelings.  I feel for you as I know how tough it is.  Especially after you are used to fairly easy weight loss and maintenance.

I keep reminding myself its just food.  That I enjoy other things so much more.  That's one of the reasons I don't deviate too often from my regular meals..  I keep it simple as that is what works for me.  ( at least most of the time   )

T3 finally kicked in at 3:30 so I was able to sleep from then until 6.  Not sure how I am going to swing today but sometimes it gets better with activity

You are one busy lady with your volunteering Pat.  I would suspect they are lucky to have you.

Hope you get that nap - I hope to have one between a late lunch and dinner - even 15 minutes can make you feel better eh?
