Question
The panni is just skin removal. Basically the skin hanging below your belly button and over pubic area. It is just skin. A fleur de lys includes the panni plus upper abdomin and muscle repair and moving belly button. You have a T incision from sternum to pubic area and from hip to hip. They tighten the abdominal muscles. You could also have it without the vertical incision it all depends where you carry your skin.
Another option is a lower body lift. I basically had this but just did it in stages. The incision goes completely around waist near bikini line. If you have excess skin lower back, buttock outer thighs it i an option to look at.
If you qualify panni is the only on that OHIP covers. They may cover breast reduction but don't no what qualifies for that.
I go to Dr. Nandagopal out of Scarborough. He also has a private clinic in Vaughan called USCULPT. They have a website and you can find them on FB. You would put your referral into Scarborough office and would give you your option of when what where is appropriate.
I have had a TT, Masteoplasty, brachiopasty, Posterior body lift with autologous butt implant, Spiral thigh lift, lipo to thighs.
Scheduled end of next month for breast implants then medial thigh lift most likely end of May.
I'm sure others here could give you others names. Just make sure who ever you go to they work with WLS patients as our skin and healing is very different.
