Morning
No social engagements for the next 5 days so a great opportunity for me to go low on carbs and calories. This is my way of balancing too many carbs and calories the rest of the time.
My pouch keeps me from going crazy at any one time - but I can eat a lot of slider type foods as we all can. So, going to eat dense protein with some low glycemic veggies for the next 5 days before the next wave of partying starts!

B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 2 eggs scrambled
S - Caprese salad made with 1 beefsteak tomato - 1/2 ball of burratta cheese and 1 TB of olive oil dressing. Drizzle of balsamic glaze
D - 3 oz grilled swordfish
4-5 asparagus spears
S - Chobani Greek

My family are coming for Easter today. Cleaned yesterday just a final clean in the kitchen. Lots of cooking. My dh and I both bought vegetables. Since we can not possible go through all of them I am going to cook both peas and corn on the cob in the hopes it will all get eaten.
I may do some egg colouring with Syd depends if they come early. Also need to decorate some cupcakes

Off to my grandmother's today for "buns, lunch meat, and snacks left out all day". I'm going to just take my own food today. I'm feeling off since my vacation, so I want to get back on track.
