RNY  6 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Off to golf this morning to a course I haven't played but have heard much about.  Supposed to be very difficult.  I love a good challenge and would rather be beat up by a good course then play an easy track that feeds my ego.

My understanding is they have no cart person driving around nor a clubhouse - so bringing lunch and snacks with me.  Tonight is our Bocce banquet so a set menu.  This will be my last year for this "sport"  as its just too much activity.

Have fun Barb and good luck. The weather is terrible here and schools are closed. I know i won't be able to make it to the morning class for sure, i'll see how it it for the late class as i have to present. I was supposed to go to Toronto this evening as well to pick up my nephew for Easter, but now he has to get the bus either today or tomorrow morning. Too many bad drivers out there.

They are eggface's ricotta pancakes with sugar free pancake mix. I personally like the cinnamon/churro ones. I doubled the recipe so I could freeze some.

Late on today. Decided to stay home. I will work the hours over the next week of so. Just could not face the walk and transit. There is really nothing for me to do so no incentive to show up. Fortunately my boss was okay with this. It is actually fine now. I went back to sleep this morning. Having trouble waking up.

My family is coming Thursday instead of Sunday for Easter. So I have lots to keep me busy,

b greek yogurt, shredded wheat, blueberries

l stir fry chicken

s baby bel

d pork chop, salad

s laughing cow, crackers
