What are you eating /doing today (Wednesday)
Good morning everyone. Bad weather on the way in. It is good my DH works in a grocery store. He is picking up all the food for Friday. It turns out my family are coming Friday instead of Sunday.
Home tonight then cleaning and getting ready for the weekend
B greek yogurt,
L chicken salad, celery, source yogurt
S baby bel
D chili, slice of bread. (DH brought home a crusty loaf and it will be sitting there staring at me. So might as well include it in my totals)
S laughing cow , Breton crackers

Oh you're having chili - I've been craving chili all week. Not sure why as I don't really have this. Too bad I'm only in the liquid stage.
B: 1 cup of decaf coffee with one tsp of hazelnut syrup from Starbucks
1 Premier protein shake
L: 1 oz of cream of mushroom soup and 1 Oz of unflavored protein powder
Snack : 2 Oz of chicken broth
1 oz of plain Greek yoghurt
Dinner: 1 oz of cream of tomato homemade soup
