RNY  6 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Golfing this morning - and its cold here.  Not as cold as home but tough to swing when its under 50.  Hopefully will warm up quickly as my bones aren't happy in this weather.

I think we are going to Carabbas for dinner - I love their chicken soup - more like a stew in broth and very filling

STEPS - 4450 - I was a slug yesterday

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    3 medium sized meatballs

    1/2 cup of Paul Newman's sockarooni sauce and 1 TB of parm

 

S - 1/2 quest bar

 

L - roughly 6 oz baked tilapia

 

D - 1 Cup of Sicilian chicken soup

     1 piece of hot sourdough

     1 side salad with balsamic dressing

     1 glass of merlot

 

S - Dannon light and fit Greek

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,072,  Carbs - 79 Grams,  Protein - 98 Grams,  Fiber - 20 Grams

 

All water and vits.  At least 2 more coffee's ( decaf)

Not too much on the go today.  Mostly meetings and a few errands. Still catching up after being away. I need to find a way to get more exercise into my schedule. I liked how many steps I had while I was away :)

Breakfast - yogurt, banana, cereal

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - egg, pickles, crackers

Snack - protein bar

Snack - cheese stick, nuts, apricots

Dinner - salad and roasted pork

Snack - pudding, protein bites

All water and vites

Good morning Barb. It is actually not too bad weather wise here today. I had my infusion last night. Very disappointed. It only helped a little. I have a call into the doctor. Did not sleep well. Too much on my brain.

Work then home. I may try to swim today. Depends if I can get out early since we have a client this afternoon.

Another day recovering. Hope you're all doing well. 6 days post-op 

Here's my meal plan today:

B: 1 cup of decaf coffee with one teaspoon of sugar free                hazelnut syrup 

     1 Oz of ricotta cheese 

L:  1 oz of cream of mushroom soup and 1.oz of unflavored           protein powder 

Snack : 1 chocolate premier protein shake

D:  1 oz of cream of mushroom soup and 1 Oz of unflavored            protein powder
