Morning
I dumped last night and suffered for over an hour. Stupid of me. Ate too much, too fast and then topped it off with too many bites of the very sweet dessert. Spent an hour lying down thinking my heart was going to jump thru my body. Fortunately the evening ended shortly after dinner as everyone was tired from golfing so I didn't ruin it for anyone else.
So after last nights debacle of feeling super stuffed and dumping - going to try and have an easy light food day today. We are supposed to meet friends for ****tails and pizza early this evening. I plan on water and just enjoying the conversation and will return home to eat my dinner. Just the thought of pepperoni pizza makes my stomach churn. I am good at not drawing attention to the fact I am not eating what everyone else is

L - 1 tuna pouch with 1.5 TB of light mayo - celery
D - Chicken breast stuffed with portabella and provolone
few asparagus spears
S - Dannon light and fit Greek

All water and vits - likely 3 litres of water today plus herbal tea in between

I haven't posted in ages but will attempt to get back to it. I go through stages of just keeping quiet and have been like that for months so hopefully starting today, I will post more often. Had an early Easter dinner this weekend so lots of ham leftovers to get through.
B - plain greek yogurt with fresh strawberries
L - ham, hot mustard sauce, green salad
S - protein shake ( finishing up the last of them, they no longer agree with my gut most days)
D - chicken and asparagus lemon stir fry, a few tbsp of basmati rice
MFP won't let me log in so might have to create a new profile. Goal is to keep carbs down and if I stick to this, they should be fairly low.
I also had a bad night of food. I did not dump but felt very ill. Add to it was another leg cramp. Long weekend of leg cramps. The thought of food this morning is revolting. I tried a little coffee but that did not agree with me so about to try tea. Also I go for my infusion tonight so just picking up something on the way home for dinner. I looked at the Panera menu. Might try their Chicken Cobb. Most of their sandwiches seem to be on a lot of bread.

Is this your Lidocaine infusion that you are going for? Hope you stomach feels better today too. Maybe stick to soup.

Barb sorry you had a dumping episode, that sounds horrible. Thanks for reminding me to take my time, don't overfill my pouch and careful with the sweets. Hope you stomach feels better soon.

Afternoon all. Back to the grind of things, arrgg. Have the online class today, so i don't have to drive in. Hope you get well soon Barb and Pat. Suck to be that full. I've done it a couple of times when i feel the food literally stuck in my throat and want to throw up. Terrible when this happens. Live and learn, all part of life.
The gym in my building finally opened. Had an early morning flood in my bathroom, so once i got that cleaned up, i went and did laundry and used the gym whilst i waited for it. Did an hr. on the treadmill, got back upstairs and did homework. Making dinner and i will got to box-fit tonight at the gym. I even bought nice pink boxing gloves and i love them. Don't get me mad, or else!!!! ;)

This is my first time posting my meal. I'm six days post-op. This is what I had today.
B: 1 cup of decaf. coffee
Hour later 1 Oz. of ricotta cheese (forgot to add protein powder )
L: 1 cream of mushroom soup (forgot to add protein powder )
Snack: 1 Oz of no added sugar ice cream
Dinnner: I plan to have cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 Oz of protein powder
I have to get used to remember adding protein powder to my meals. And trying to get all my water in.
