RNY  6 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Had a nice long post ready with one word to go and OH crashed on me.  I really get sick of this.

 

So, short form, last week was good - my weight is the same as in January as I finally found a scale at the house, and here I am trying to manage more time in party land

Golfing in a fun tournament today with dinner provided.  I called ahead to find out the menu and to ensure its something I can work with. 

STEPS - 10,002

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

L - 2 eggs scrambled with 3 slices of Jones bacon

 

S on course - 1/2 quest bar

 

D - 4 ox lemon chicken piccata

     few bites of green beans

     few bites - 2 -of mashed potato

     small glass of merlot

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,118,  Carbs - 49 Grams,  Protein - 113 Grams,  Fiber - 13 Grams

 

All water and vits

If you are back home in Ontario it is a little cold for golfing.

I went to a funeral at our church for a friend, Her mom had died. Her caterer did not show up with the lunch. So no coffee tea nothing. A bunch of us race around and make coffee and tea and put out cookies. We had ice cream for a brunch today so put that out as well. By the time we cleaned up I was pretty tired.

On the way to pick up my daughter picked up cookies at the Christie factory. Took my daughter to Polsen pier for a concert and helped her with her equipment. Stopped for groceries then off to home to make dinner. We just had chili cause it was fast. Back to Polsen pier to listen to their last set. So many drunk 20 somethings and us. We really got a lot of funny looks. It was a very large tent and the music was so loud. The cement floors were cold and we stood for almost 2 hours. By the time we got home I was so tired. I ended up with huge muscle cramp from standing on the cold floor.

Today I am really sore by have to be at the church by 9:30 to get a brunch ready for after church. I do not think I am doing anything this afternoon.

Good morning!! I am so happy to be home, in my own bed, with my "normal" food :)

Got home at 3am today... Woke up at 8am with Disney music stuck in my head. Couldn't fall back asleep so started unpacking. Big day of chores and errands today ;)

Breakfast - yogurt and banana (how I've missed you)

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - turkey, chickpeas, crackers

Snack - egg, pickle

Snack - maybe a protein bar to use up the leftovers

Dinner - BBQ pork as my SO bought a BBQ while I was away

Snack - pudding, strawberries

Goal - all water and vits
