What are you eating/doing (Saturday)
Good morning. Sunny but cold today. Back to my winter coat. Short walk with the dog this morning. I have another funeral this morning. I think this one will be more a celebration of a life. It is my friends mom. See was close to 90 and had alzheimer.
My daughter is performing at Polsen Pier tonight. I offered to help her with her equipment so I may be going to the concert.

Pat when you were younger did you ever think that you would be a Roadie for a band? I looked outside and thought I should get out in the garden and start the spring cleanup. Then I looked at the temperature and thought maybe laundry instead, lol.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Today is an up in the air day foodwise as we are travelling home. Our plane gets in at 12:30am, so it will also be a loooong day. By the end of the day I expect I will have put in over 100,000 steps this week (according to the fitbit). I will need a vacation from this vacation.
Breakfast - yogurt, pb, pretzel's (shaped like Mickey Mouse)
Snack - protein bar
Lunch - half turkey wrap and soup
Snack - jerky, moon cheese, goldfish
Snack - protein bar
Dinner - something at the airport
Snack - almonds, goldfish
Snack - unknown but probably a protein bar since we won't get home until about 4am.
As much water as possible and all vits.
