What are you eating /doing today FRIDAY!!
TGIF!! My fitbit said I walked over 12, 000 steps yesterday. I realise now it was probably more because I was holding my arm steady carrying things. Previously when I hit 12, 000 my knee would be done in. Yesterday it started much earlier. Pretty sore still this morning.
Had a lot of fun at the zoo. Had to line up for a little over 1/2 hour to see the baby panda's. But they were cute. I started to line up to see the baby polar bears and my DH found a way to see them without the line. Much better.
Going out to dinner tonight so will have to estimate my calories.

Missed posting yesterday as we had a busy schedule :) 17,000 yesterday and 10,000 already today. My knee has been sore but my feet are holding on!!
Breakfast - Greek yogurt
Snack - pure protein bar
Lunch - chicken ceasar hold the dressing
Snack - roasted Edamame
Snack - jerky, moon cheese, goldfish
Dinner - unknown restaurant food
Snack - protein bar I think
I ran out of water flavour drops yesterday so my water consumption is terrible today. I can't believe how much I rely on them now to get my fluids in.
