Morning Pat. It is very nice outside today. I went to the trampoline park last night, skyzone, and it was awesome. Who knew jumping up and down was energy sapping, lol. I tried some tricks and of course that didn't work out, i think my old body wasn't flexible enough. I remember seeing that the weight limit was 300lbs. and it was exiting not to be worried about it for a change. Whilst all this activity has me feeling good and enjoying, i have been forgetting to eat. I'm lucky if i get in 3 meals. I'm so much on the go, who has time for food? Came back to bite me at 5 this morning as i was feeling terrible heartburn and hunger. Never have i ever woken up to eat anything EVER!!!! Will try to get in 5 meals today.

2yrs post op

B - 1/3 cup chicken flakes (5am)

S - 3oz smoked pork, 1/3 cup broccoli

L - going out maybe to morty's. Will eat wings and celery, or carl's jr - they have a no bun option, meat wrapped in lettuce

S - ???

D - 3oz smoked pork, 1/4 red curry beans

S - other half quest bar from last night

Hope you have fun at the zoo. Nia

Nia that sounds like so much fun.  Where did you go?  I know there is a trampoline park near Costco.

Sometimes it's hard to get in all of the meals throughout the day.  Morty's wings are so big, I think I could only eat one.  Good to know Carl Jr's has a no bun option, I've never been there.

It was. Yes, it's the one by Costco. I heard that those wings were huge, after i googled wings, lol.

If you go on the Carl's Jr website, they have all the options. Any burger they have, you have the option to remove the bun. I'll probably eat it 3 times. B-L-D.

Hope you have fun at the zoo today Pat.

Today I went swimming and then had a mammogram appointment.  My first one since I lost the weight.  My girls now that they are smaller, but looser, seem to have a mind of their own.

I think a lot of people can relate to the girls having a mind of their own, lol.

Zoo was a little wet but the new panda, lion and rhino babies were cute.

Also had a mammogram recently. I have so little left to put in the press
