Hi,

My favorite go to product that helps me out and helps me on those days where I do not make my protein is Greek yogurt.  Specifically source 60 cal Greek yogurt.

I also use Opurity vitamins from Unjury.com.  They are a little more costly but my vitamin levels are excellent @ every blood test so far...... I get the multi, Vit D and Vit B and Calcium....awesome China free good quality vitamins.

I also like nuts...which I know get mixed reviews, but I exercise a lot so for me the calories aren't a big deal.

Finally,  I love shrimp and chicken and avoid red meat...which may have caused my iron deficiency...but I take iron pills now, so all is good

One thing I found is cutting out doughy bread, pasta and rice which I enjoyed pre surgery, helps me maintain - and to be honest they hurt my stomach when I eat them....just feel generally bloated and blah now if I eat these.

Just my personal preferences...... note that these are my favorite products that help me maintain my current weight.  I am two years post op and at a good weight for me - size 6 and 8 clothes.

Good question would be nice to get more feeedback...always looking for good products and advise.

Kelly

Great input Kelly!    If you would like to leave a review for Opurity or Unjury, you can do so here http://www.obesityhelp.com/products/?type=product&q=opurity

It helps to bring awareness to other bariatric patients who might be looking for new vitamins to try.
