Well what a crappy day. Just wanted to roll over and go back to bed. I should go swimming today but will see how I feel. My pain is coming back and I am not feeling very motivated.

Home tonight to keep warm and dry

b greek yogurt, strawberries, shredded wheat

l chili, source yogurt

s baby bel

d garlic chicken, peas, salad

s laughing cow breton crackers

I am going low calorie to get rid of a bad weekend

Hit 16,000 steps yesterday. We are having another big walking day today so my meals are a bit bigger than normal.

Breakfast - light and fit yogurt

Snack - roasted chickpeas

Lunch - chicken salad

Snack - jerky

Snack - protein bar

Dinner - out tonight

Snack - peanut butter and pretzel's

Goal - all water and vits

Ahhh, spring break. Sorry Pat, but i'm enjoying this weather as i can stay cuddled up in my bed and drink some coffee. Nothing much planned this week besides rest, relaxation and the gym. I think i'll try bauxite tonight, see how that goes.

Sorry your pain is back Pat.  I have been meaning to try Tracey's turmeric concoction (even bought fresh turmeric) but haven't gotten around to it yet.  Maybe I'm procrastinating because I am afraid of the taste, lol.

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

It does sound a little nasty. Once I get moving it is a little better. I think it is just mind over matter with the gloomy day.

Can't wait until next Monday. I get another infusion that takes the pain away

13 days post-op.  Lunch was pureed with the yogurt plopped on top.  Cals are super-low.  I'm wondering if I should leave it or eat more.

I'm new here. I was just referred on Feb 4th and have my orientation on May 4th. I hope you guys don't mind me following along. Getting a feel for life after surgery.
