RNY  6 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Golf tournament later this morning - party tonight.  Tough day!

STEPS - 6610

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     1 meatball - 3 oz - with a bit of tomato sauce and parm on top

 

S - 1/2 quest bar

 

L - 2 ham and pickle roll ups

 

D - BBQ beef brisket - going to fill my plate with this and whatever veggie is served.  6 oz of meat in my totals and a serving spoon of veg

     1 Michelob Ultra

 

S - Dannon light and fit Greek

Good morning everyone.  My one day off that I can sleep in and my eyes popped open at 5am!  I might go back later for a nap.  12 degrees today over here, woohoo!  This is my one day off this week so I am going to try to enjoy it as much as possible. This morning will be doing whatever I feel with short intervals of cleaning to break up the day.  This afternoon I will go to the gym for 2 hours to do my regular workout routine and a hot yin yoga class.  I plan to snuggle my dogs and maybe take them for a little walk, do some light reading, and maybe cook something like more egg psyllium crepes for the freezer.  Also need to do my nails and feet, I find they get so dry this time of the year. I still have not touched my larger clothes despite my plans, so I am going to start small and pick one item at a time to get rid of, maybe that will work. 

18 months post op

b - gnc protein shake strawberry with sf apple flavouring added, sf grape koolaid

s - 1 cup low carb high protein/fibre hot cereal with 1.5 strawberries sliced up in it

l - marble cheese on 10 cucumber slices

s - same as morning snack if I get hungry, protein shake with 1/2 cup blueberries at the gym

d - 1 cup boiled cabbage with 1 tsp margarine, tomato sauce, marble cheese, and parmesan cheese on top

s - 3/4c dill pickle sunflower seeds in shell

all water and vits, have a nice day everyone.

Good morning all. Good luck with your golf Barb. Zizzler sounds like a great day. Off for a walk this morning with the dog. Going for a short bike ride this afternoon to get back in the swing of it.

Just took a little walk around the block for 15 minutes today.  Shopping and cooking zonked me out.  I'm working on making an eggplant curry (Baingan Bharta) today.
