RNY  6 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Mani then groceries this morning, then I plan on relaxing.  Golfing both days of the weekend with company arriving tomorrow.  Meeting friends for dinner at an outdoor bar.

STEPS - 14,284

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

S - 1/2 quest bar

 

L - 1.5 cups of no lettuce Greek salad

 

D - 1 Hamburger with all the fixins - no bun

      1 Klausens dill pickle

 

S - Dannon light and fit Greek

Good morning Barb. Wish I had nails worth going for a mani. I have always had soft nails.

Cool this morning but warming up. My DH is all excited to be barbecuing steak tonight. He is already talking about getting the backyard pit ready for a fire. Spring fever ha****
