Congrats Seyenna for keeping the pedal to the metal and getting it off by sticking to your plan. You are also smart to keep going while the losing is relatively easier.
I understand completely re catching a view of yourself in the glass as you walk by storefronts. I still check it out and still get amazed to this day.
Remember that obesity is always there just waiting to capture you again and limit your life. Battle hard.

We had our surgery around the same time. I am so happy for you, it feels so different, doesn't it?
Keep taking those pics, it helps to imprint what we look like now. The change is so dramatic!

PS I always--ask how tall are you? I know we shouldn't compare--they say, but height does matter in terms of weight loss goals. I am 5'4.
