I recently became a grandmother to a 9 year old. I am taking her out next Thursday for the day. I did daycare for years and remember the things we used to do with the kids but wondered if anyone had some good ideas?

I love bowling or swimming. Maybe a movie. A lot of the tourist attractions with be busy. Take a look at http://www.todocanada.ca/march-break-activities-toronto/#eve nt. I can't get the link option on my phone to work. Black Creek Pioneer Village has free admission for 12 and under.
