What are you doing/eating today ( Tuesday)
I was up early and went to the gym today which I'm happy about :) I had my one-year follow-up appointment yesterday which went very well. The dietitian told me to send her a typical food journal to review, but didn't seem concerned about my daily calories. So maybe I'm worrying more than I need to. I still weigh daily and will make adjustments if I need to.
Breakfast - yogurt, banana, cereal
Snack - carrots, pb
Lunch - turkey, crackers, tomatoes
Snack - pepperette, baked oatmeal
Snack - cheese stick, nuts, apricots
Dinner (late) - beef roast, potato, coleslaw
Snack - protein bites
Goal - all vits and water
