Greek yogurt

What brands of Greek yogurt do people use and where do you buy it?  I usually use activia Greek and I like it but i would like to try other ones but I find where I am locally the main brands are activia, oikos and liberte and the activia is the best for protein carbs and sugars out of all three.  There is another one I think it's called light and fit that people use but I can't find it anywhere.  Just looking for suggestions thanks

Source always had the best but now they are using stevia in lots and they taste like crap to me. Noticed the other day, they are also now adding fruit to the bottom of some.  I liked the taste of Source Greek as long as you can find the ones that are about 50 to 70 calories per serving, they are few and far between but still out there.

You do get used to the stevia taste. Stevia is a natural leaf.  So much better than the other sweetener brands that are mostly chemicals

I have tried for years to get used to that taste and no matter how much I try, I end up throwing it all away each and every time.  Must be over five years now that I have tried various things with stevia and I'd sooner no sweetener period than to have that taste.  It even overpowers bold coffee and that is all I end up tasting so I'll gladly be defeated by it, it's disgusting.

I use kirkland brand from Costco, 3 big ones(650g) for 10.97$. For 3/4 cup you have 100 calories, zero fat, 5g of carbs, 5g sugars and 18g of protein. I also love the taste.

I'm having surgery next week and will be having yogurt afterwards at home during the liquid phase. If I buy the three tubs from Costco, do you think I'll use it up before it expires?  Meaning,  how much yogurt can I eat right after surgery?  Probably quarter cup? Is it better to buy single containers for the time being?

Thanks for your help!

The company that introduced America to Greek yogurt about 2009 is Fage.  I still buy their plain and add my own flavoring and sweetener.

Where do they sell Fage? I've never seen it in Hamilton.

Loblaws stores and their affiliates carry the Fage brand

I still like liberte 0% plain. I add my own toppings. For lunch I often will have a small source as a dessert. I like the thickness of liberte.

I think it all depends on your tastes so long as it is low in sugar. I think I remember thinking the activia had more sugar than I was willing to eat from a yogurt
