Morning
MIA yesterday. Golf early followed by tennis followed by bocce at night. Still couldn't sleep after all of this activity. I thank WLS for allowing my body to participate in life again

B - 2 large mugs of coffee
1 cup of eggbeaters scrambled with 3 slices of Jones Bacon
L - Caprese salad made with one medium tomato and 3 slices of Burratta
S - 6 Low sodium triscuits
1 oz cheddar
5 oz merlot
D - 2 cups of romaine mixed with peppers - Vidalia onions - 2 TB of Asiago - sun dried tomatoes - marinated artichoke - hot peppers
3 oz grilled chicken tenders
4 TB of Olive Garden Light Italian
S - Dannon light and lively Greek

Sounds like a great day of activity but perhaps a little sore? I have been using a cream called xylocaine. It is topical but seems to soak in well and help. I haven't tried it on my hip but definitely helps my knee.
Work today and again no swimming. I have a meeting at lunch. I decided to become a union steward. Not because I am a gungho union member but because in our department everyone comes to me to solve the problems and know the answers. I decided getting some steward training would help me answer my bosses questions better.
I hope to get my bike out. The weather is suppose to be amazing this week.

Not too worried about the carbs because they are complex from beans and an apple.
It is actually a Taco casserole. Turned out good. My DH made it and did not put in the tomatoes and chilies. Next time I will try making it without the taco mix just spices. I am not use to a lot of salt.
Morning all. My body has been sore since Friday. I've been moving around more and i'm hurting. No school today, so I'm going to catch up on school work, go to the gym, do some errands. It is nice to move around more Barb. Who knew that it is a great mental booster, lol.
