Hey Zizzler, your roll on essential oil sounds intriguing.  They say that the smell of lavender induces sleepiness.  I was at Low Carb Canada on Saturday.  Spent way too much money.  I bought a BHU protein bar which was too expensive and not that good.  Did buy some more Davinci purse size caramel coffee sweetener.

Had a very busy but fun weekend.  Tomorrow it's back to my regular routine.  Someone said that it is supposed to go up to 14 degrees this week.  I just might take my bike out of the garage and go for a spin if it gets that warm.

Hey Cc!  Too bad about the bar, hey it was worth a shot eh?  There is a new line of "oh yeah" bars that they are selling at the low carb grocery, I was thinking of trying them, they come in chocolate and chocolate mint flavours only.  I find the oh yeah really satisfies when I am craving a chocolate bar badly but want to stay as on track as possible with protein and carbs. It's sort of like an oh Henry bar.  The roll on I absolutely love, I got the stress one but in the future might splurge and get the other two for sleep and anxiety.  I already have a lot of essential oils so I might also try making my own.  I find Roman camomile before bed to be very helpful in addition to lavender.  Omg I am so ready for spring, I hope you get to ride your bike, come on spring!

Good morning everyone!  Bought one of those veeva roll on essential oils for stress at Kardish yesterday, it is awesome!  You put a little on your wrists, temples, neck and it really does help.  Plus it smells awesome and does not bother me because it is all natural.  They have other ones for sleep and anxiety. Another cool thing I have been doing lately is to add a drop of lemon essential oil to my body wash when I am in the shower, it feels really fresh.  My regular gym and 1.5 hours of hot yin yoga tonight, this is so helpful when I am feeling stressed about Monday morning. Possibly grocery shopping as well, I need more calcium citrate, down to my last 6.

Zizz I love chicken cordon bleu post surgery.  Wasn't crazy about it pre surgery but post I find it fills me fast and is tasty.  1/2 roll fills me too.

Edited to add - I did not press the copy button so no idea why my reply to you came with a copy of your original post!  Another OH glitch

Hey Birdiegirl, that is so funny, it's the ghost in the machine! The chicken was super good, definitely will get it again.  Meat from the butcher tastes so much better than at the grocery store.  Do you make your own or buy them stuffed?  Mine was prepared but it does not look difficult to make.
