Looks like its warming up at home? I am ready to get back and will fly home for a few days soon. Would be happy just to drive home at this point since it looks like spring is arriving early
A few meetings on this morning, groceries, and just home later this afternoon. Think we will wander around the outdoor mall tonight and have dinner at Panera. I love their pick two soup and salad combo. Great stats too!

L - shrimp ****tail - as much as I want. I have 12 shrimp and 1/4 cup of ****tail sauce in my totals which is likely more then I can handle but I would rather remove from my stats then add later on

S - TCBY - 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt - anymore and I will dump

I had just arrived at work and my son called. He was downtown and wanted to meet for coffee. Had a nice chat. I was going to go swimming at lunch but now feel I shouldn't take the time. I will see how busy I am.
Last nights casserole was a hit. I put the recipe in myfitness pal and it is about 260 calories for one service. A little high but good for a change. I do get tired of chicken.
Home tonight. Probably out to dinner first unless DH brings something home.
