My update at 7 months out!!

I haven't been around for a while. Life gets in the way and since I had surgery 7 months ago, I am just living my life.

I am down 87 lbs since the start of Opti which I think is amazing. I am proud of myself.

I still suffer with head hunger and I don't know if that will ever go away but I deal with it the best I can.

How is everyone else doing?

Glad you are doing so well. Head hunger will never go away. The fact you are finding coping skills now will help you later on.
