Zizzler I am so sorry that you are having kidney trouble, that can be painful.  Definitely get yourself to the clinic today.  I had a kidney tract infection decades ago and ended up being hospitalized for a week.  I didn't have pain, but had a high fever and my bloodwork and lumbar tap was really off.  My symptoms were extreme fatigue and dizziness.

Barb that old insomnia bug can be a *****  Hope that you get some relief with the new bed.

Good morning! Went to bed early last night to make up for my bad decision to watch all of the oscars on Sunday night! Nothing planned today except work, treadmill and yoga- unless the anticipated storm bears down and class gets cancelled. Sorry to hear you aren't sleeping again Barb. So many people are experiencing that right now. Z, I hope you can get to the clinic to get checked out.  Passed a kidney stone last year so I get the pain you are feeling.  Going thru labour was easier.  Drink lots of water to help flush out the system and hopefully you can get some mess to take on the infection. Here are my eats for today...

Hey Cc, I have been having symptoms for quite a few months but never put it together until this week.  Hope the wait st the clinic is not too long tonight.  And hopefully no hospital either.

The good news is, if its a UTI, the anti-biotics work quickly to make you feel better.

Hope you feel better soon - they can really make you miserable

Not much on today as we are anticipating a snow storm. Off to Costco this morning and hopefully some writing this afternoon.

I haven't been sleeping well lately, so I might take a nap today. Did anyone else find they were very tired after surgery? I have been waiting for that energy boost that people talk about, but no such luck.

Breakfast - yogurt, banana, cereal

Snack - cheese stick, pepperettes

Lunch - lamb stew

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - unknown at this point

Snack - pudding, protein bites

Goal - all vits and 3L water. I've been hitting about 2.5L lately so I need to pick up my socks a bit.

Meg~

Hey Meg, I still get wiped out more than usual at times but it seems to get better the further out I am.  You could ask your centre if you are concerned, they recommended I take vitamin b12 to help with my energy.
