Morning
Awake at 2:30 again. Just cant seem to get my back and hips comfortable enough to sleep thru the night unless I take pain meds. Didn't take any the past 2 nights as I don't want to get hooked on them as a crutch. Have ordered an adjustable bed for delivery in April. Hoping it gives me the relief I need.
A few things on the go today including a nap at some point.

Zizzler I am so sorry that you are having kidney trouble, that can be painful. Definitely get yourself to the clinic today. I had a kidney tract infection decades ago and ended up being hospitalized for a week. I didn't have pain, but had a high fever and my bloodwork and lumbar tap was really off. My symptoms were extreme fatigue and dizziness.
Barb that old insomnia bug can be a ***** Hope that you get some relief with the new bed.

Good morning! Went to bed early last night to make up for my bad decision to watch all of the oscars on Sunday night! Nothing planned today except work, treadmill and yoga- unless the anticipated storm bears down and class gets cancelled. Sorry to hear you aren't sleeping again Barb. So many people are experiencing that right now. Z, I hope you can get to the clinic to get checked out. Passed a kidney stone last year so I get the pain you are feeling. Going thru labour was easier. Drink lots of water to help flush out the system and hopefully you can get some mess to take on the infection. Here are my eats for today...
