Morning
Shot my best round in a long time yesterday to finish 3rd and into the money. Had a great time with golf, friends and sunshine. Back on the bandwagon for me eating wise.
Today I plan on a few groceries and relaxing. I have a new book to start.
STEPS - 13,023
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
2 large eggs mashed with 1.5 TB of Hellman's light mayo
L - 1.5 cups of home made veggie beef soup - almost like stew its so dense with meat
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar with a few chopped jalapeno's
D - 2 cups of romaine with 1/4 cup each of Vidalia onion/peppers/grape tomatoes
3 TB of Olive Garden light dressing - its delicious and the only "light" dressing I can stand
1 TB of parm
3 oz grilled chicken tenders
S - Yoplait Greek 100 - Key lime
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,053, Carbs - 46 Grams, Protein - 95 Grams, Fiber - 10 Grams
Water - 2-3 litres plus all the decaf coffee and tea I want to get me thru withdrawal of carbs and crap from the past week

Good morning! And so another work week begins.. I need to win the lottery! Lol. Congrats on a great weekend of golf barb and hang tough with your carb withdrawals! I stayed up waaaayy to late watching the oscars last night- hitting the sack early tonight!!

Had a lot of fun last night playing the escape room game -- our group made it just past halfway which was much worse than our last game. I got home late but ended up in writing mode again and worked almost until midnight. Tonight is going to be another late night as I have to supervise an exam for an evening class.
Breakfast - yogurt, banana, cereal
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - ham and cream cheese
Snack - egg, sf gerkins
Dinner - chicken and cabbage stirfry
Snack - pudding, protein cake
Goal -- all vits and 3L water
I seem to be retaining water today as my knuckles are swollen. Probably from the salt in the restaurant food last night. Hopefully I can get them back down today.
Good morning. Glad your golf went so well Barb. I brought lunch to work today and my bathing suit to swim to find that I am suppose to go out for lunch for yet another person leaving. Last week we had a going away lunch where we just split the bill which means I subsidized other peoples big meals. I didn't mind because I had know the person leaving for over 10 years. This woman has been with us on contract about 9 months. I like her but just not feeling it.
So I have listed what I brought and will see if I go out or not.

Glad you had fun Barb, enjoy your relaxing day. Have fun at lunch Pat. I hear you when you just don't feel it, but try to make the most of it. I'm going into work at 11am for just a few hrs to help whilst they deal with insurance stuff. Hopefully i can get a lot of steps too. This is what i have planned today, hopefully it won't change much when i go to work.
