Hope you did well with your tournament. Dinner sounds great. If I remember right turkey is one of your favourite meals. We had dinner at my brother's last night. His wife is a great cook and the food is always great. Well something she fed us went right through my DH and I. Relaxing getting my energy back. MY son and his fiance are coming over this afternoon. They are meeting the minister that will probably marry them. I will look after their daughter while they are at the meeting. A walk at some time today

b greek yogurt, blueberries

l chicken salad breton crackers, yogurt

d swiss steak ad salad

s breton crackers and laughing cow

Even the best and most careful cooks can have food born issues and not know it.  I scrub my hands and implements so much when handling raw meats that my hands get really dried out.  The worst food to me for issues though is salad.  Food poisoning twice from salad at restaurants and cruise ships.

hope you feel better

Not much on the go this morning, but we are going out for dinner with friends tonight and then going to a place called Adventure Room. It's a game where you are locked in a room and have to solve puzzles to get out. We played a different version before and solved to 99% before we ran out if time. Should be fun but it's going to be a late night.

Currently just shy of 12 months out (6 more days) and about 135 pounds down.

Breakfast - yogurt, banana, cereal

Snack - carrots and light pb

Lunch - black beans and ham

Snack - egg, SF gerkins, crackers

Dinner - unknown

Snack - maybe a protein bite when I get home

Goal - all vits and 3L of water. I've been a bit low lately and I get dizzy from low blood pressure.

Hey Meggles, I wanted to go to one of those, it sounds like fun.  Hope you solve it this time, that must have been annoying to be 99% solved.  I also have dizziness, which my centre says might be due to my low blood pressure.  At around 12-14 months I got really low emotionally too for some reason, it was a really hard.  It did get better though with support from family and friends, therapy and cbt I was able to turn things around.  Don"t be afraid to reach out for help if you need it, medication may not be enough.  They told me to make sure I drink enough water, it sounds like you are so maybe a small amount of lower carb fruit or nuts might help?  Honestly I still get dizziness every once in a while.  I just stop what I am doing and rest until it passes, have something to drink and east if I think that might be the reason.  Let me know if you have any other ideas about dizziness, I am out of ideas other than to eat even more carbs, which would slow my weight loss.  135lb loss is super btw, congratulations!

I go for counselling as well and that helps, but I have definitely gotten some relief with the meds as well. It is a long term thing for me, so now it's more about long term management and small tweaks.

For food I think I've been eating enough -- in fact I wish my calories were a bit lower which is why I have started planning and posting here :) I think yesterday I just got distracted and didn't plan my water well enough. I also got into writing mode last night which was probably 1-2 hours of not much food or water. While it's good for my productivity, its not great for my health...

Good morning everyone. Birdiegril have a nice end of tournament, I love turkey dinner too.  Pat have a nice walk, sorry to hear about eating something that made you feel sick, that sucks.  Did a faster-paced hot yoga class yesterday and kind of hurt my bad knee, so I am going back to yin yoga, it is slower and more meditative than other classes.  Might go see the movie "Deadpool" this morning as it is cheaper in the mornings and I heard it was good.  Also have some grocery shopping to do, hot yin yoga this afternoon.  Other than that a nice hot bath and some cleaning are on the agenda.
