When four days out from plastic surgery, for breast reduction and pannis removal (upgraded to fleur de lis) and you have a bowel movement and all of a sudden life is so very very good!

All the knowledge of my body and my poop routine, went to pot over post surgery narcotics, even the pre surgery prep of lots of fibre, stool softners etc etc, but I have been... I am awesome!!

I'm just starting my plastic surgery journey and my biggest worry is experiencing the same pain and discomfort I did the last time I had surgery.  If you don't mind, could you tell me or PM me who your plastic surgeon was. Wishing you a pain free and speedy recovery

I had Dr Derek Ford in Oshawa.  And thank you for the healing thoughts, Its day 5, and I am just using minimal tylenol, more for a stiff neck than my incisions, and I also had a 2nd surgery on Weds due to a hematoma in the right breast.  So I am up and about and doing well.

Your post is so very moving
