Been MIA for a bit but glad to get back to some sort of routine journaling and posting my food. My eating has been unplanned and poor the past 2 weeks.
Doing a little retail therapy today plus lunch outside at one of my favorite restaurants

D - 1 Hot Italian sausage link
6-7 green beans

Finally decided I should give this a try. Today is a home day for me which usually means I do well getting in my water but eat too much and sit too much. Just going to be marking exams today. Had to cancel my plans to go skating because we have freezing rain...
I'm just shy of 12 months out, past my goal and clinic goal, but now hoping to lose another 2-5 pounds.
Breakfast - turkey pepperette, Greek yogurt
Snack - carrots with light peanut butter
Lunch - Creole black beans, crackers
Snack - cheese stick, protein muffin
Dinner - maybe going out... Chicken if we don't.
Snack - NSA freezies, pudding
Goal -- all vitamins and 3L of water

Barb, Boy am I glad to see you. Feel a little lonely around you. Zizzler an a few others posted but mainly me. while you are enjoying your outdoor restaurant you can feel good you escaped the weather here. I left home it was raining and ice pellets. Arrived at work to large flake snow. Yestterday my DH told me about a flight somewhere south for only $200.00 return. I told him to sign me up but of course he didn't.
My meals today are up in the air and all bad. I am going out to lunch at a Mexican restaurant called La Carnita. They serve small tacos so most people order 2 or 3. I will have one and the most amazing ear of corn. Also something I usually do not eat. DH just suggested going out for dinner as well. I may talk him into saying in for an omelet with the weather so bad. I will add my dinner to myfitness pal later when I decide what we are doing. I was a little depressed last night so I think he feels going out would cheer me up.

No swimming and limited exercise
Morning all. Hope all is well. Woke up with good intentions of going to school, had to come back as it wasn't really safe plus, by the time i get to Simcoe and back, i didn't want to risk getting stuck out there. I will just do all my online stuff. Tomorrow is going to be bad as well, but we'll see. I had a good week and am feeling good.
B - 1 boiled egg, 1/3 hot Italian sausage, coffee 5% cream
S - i made one of my pumpkin muffins, will have one and 1 tbsp pb.
L - 3oz salmon, 1/3 cup cucumbers
S - 1 oz light cheese, 1 cup jello pudding
D - 2oz oxtails, 1/3 cup cucumbers, 1/4 cup rice
S - leftover dinner
